Reporting bugs
We are sorry if you're experiencing a bug, crash or some other glitch in the Protocol. Please let us know about the issue and we will re-calibrate the prediction algorithms to fix the issue.
You can report bugs in 3 ways:
- Discord: Join our Discord and follow the instructions of the #bug-reports channel
- Steam Discussions: Follow the instructions in Steam Discussions
- Email: Send an email to support@nullvectorstudios.com
Please answer to at least the following questions:
- What happened
- What were you doing
- What operating system are you using
- Which app are you using full release / demo
- Which game version are you using (version number can be seen on the bottom of the screen)
Please also attach related save file, if possible.
For crashes, please also attach log file, if possible.
